Transfers outside Québec

Data is stored in Canada. Web requests are processed by servers in the United States. A privacy impact assessment covers this transfer.

Automated decisions

Community-note status, karma and privilege tiers are computed automatically from community activity. The rules are published on the community-notes page, every change to your standing is listed in your ledger, and you can ask for human review through an appeal or by writing to the privacy officer.

Confidentiality incidents

Incidents presenting a risk of serious injury are reported to the Commission d’accès à l’information and to affected people.
